Great service from Mary, who showed amazing attention to detail to our dining needs and did her best to ensure that we were well looked after during our meal. We did not have a reservation and she made sure to secure us a comfortable table, subsequently adding extra space as it became available. She was thoughtful with our orders even on a busy night. Thank you!

The place looks nice, pretty with lights and the set-up is cute as well. Food was good. We ordered regular fries, pan roasted chilli and lime salmon, parmesan chicken wings, linguine mushroom carbonara. Salmon was really good, the chicken wings and the pasta was average. In drinks we ordered a draught beer and a glass or moscato. Moscato was Okay. Don’t order everything together as the main course comes before the starts. Overall, the vibe and the music was good. (As we went on Christmas, music was Christmasy) Staff was sweet but as they were only 3 people and it was the peak hour on Christmas, they had a lot to do.

Muchos Nachos: If you needed a small bite in between your meal, probably try this nachos with an option to top up for an avocado or Impossible™ minced meat. But I would love it even more if they can separate the wet items from the nachos so that it won't be soaked and soften it. The crispiness will be gone. SALMON POKE BOWL (CLASSIC): In the bowl were brown rice, avocado, purple cabbage, pickled carrots, cucumber, edamame, cherry tomatoes, green onions, nori seaweed, roasted sesame dressing. The smoked salmon was on point for an overall balance taste (sweet and savoury). Guess what's that covered with black and white sesame seeds? AVOCADO. Probably they didn't want to mess up the overall presentation of my Poke bowl. But kind of cringe when it first served up. TRACY'S FAVOURITE SALAD (VEGAN) The portion was definitely bigger than mine (worth the price), with all the nutritional food (more than mine too) all in one plate. SPICY PENNE PRAWN ARRABBIATA One of my girlfriend ordered this that was cooked with basil, cherry tomatoes, zucchinis, sliced garlic and bird's eye chilli. At normal spicy level, she commented the overall was fresh and I agreed because the prawns were fresh and springy. But the penne was okay to be honest. I would prefer spaghetti or linguine though. TIRAMISU (VEGAN) Meanwhile, I'm curious about vegan Tiramisu. I mean they use plant-based cream cheese to make, along with espresso, rum, sponge of course. But both my girlfriend and I agreed that there isn't any taste of rum but more of coffee (espresso). The base being dark chocolate which we taste the bitterness (don't how many % of cocoa). And that cream layer was smooth, bringing a little sweetness. This restaurant makes me miss Europe (again) because the seat setting facing the outside, watching the world go by with a cup of coffee or wine and let the day go by without stress. Other outlets (except Wheelock) are pet-friendly and they have vegan and vegetarian options (re-emphazing this point).
